HAKIM GHULAM, Managing Partner is an authentic and empowering business leader having 20 years of professional experience (mainly in Deloitte and Ernst & Young), covering full spectrum of services in the professional firm and managing complex projects with diversified clients in the Real Estate, Asset Management, Technology, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Industrial Products, Consumer Products Services and Oil & Gas sectors of the global big 4 firms. Specialties of Hakim includes: Key strengths include leading and managing large and complex engagements, tax restructuring, projects, advisory, securities regulation and compliance, hands-on problem solving, GAAP conversions, investigation assignments, project management, team leadership, risk management, tax structuring, financial modeling, budget and forecasting analysis, dealing valuations, due diligence, mergers and acquisition, implementation and testing of controls design and operating effectiveness as per regulatory framework and compliance, project management, relationship management with staff, partners and key stakeholders, recruiting talent and training, strong communication, presentation skills and interactions with Senior Management.
